Safety inspections provide accountability and incident prevention, adequate resources, education, and also a degree of enforcement for all of our construction sites. We work diligently to keep our workers safe providing low

A glimpse of what we can do
This residential project, located in the heart of the Annex area in Toronto, required a hoist way to be built for a new elevator that was to serve three existing floors. The construction process considered all variables
and all potential risks throughout delivery including architectural, structural, mechanical, and material considerations. The result was a safe, reliable, and quiet means of transportation for the home owner.

The recent transformation of the prestigious Bhardwaj Law office boasts high-end materials and the successful delivery of a quality project. This renovation includes modern design with a touch of contrasting colours to create an environment that is both luxurious and refreshing. A welcoming reception area, ergonomic work spaces, and abundant light are all aspects which were carefully considered throughout the duration of the project.

F.A.S.T RESCUE OFFICE RENO
An office renovation project that resulted in a work space that is much more geared towards larger gatherings. The open spaces and brightly lit rooms invite much larger groups to gather comfortably and, coupled with the use of brighter colours, light is able to reflect off surfaces to amplify the incoming natural light. A spiral stair case is featured in this build to follow the curvature of the exterior architectural design, save space, and also provide a much more organic feel within the space.

WASAGA BEACH COTTAGE RENO
A Wasaga Beach cottage that was transformed into a modern retreat with both interior and exterior renovations and improvements. The exterior received new siding, larger windows, and a spacious rear deck. Inside, an open-concept design is utilized to enhance the amount of incoming natural light from the exterior windows. The kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded, while high-quality finishes and custom millwork improved the overall aesthetic. Outdoor spaces were tailored for relaxation and better drainage of incoming water away from the structure.

HINDU PRARTHANA SAMAJ TEMPLE
This building is considered to be the oldest Hindu Temple dating back to 1973 when it was originally purchased in Toronto, Canada. Skilled workers are working hard to improve the overall structural stability, the air quality, the spaces and the architectural features while accounting for Hindu tradition. Historical & traditional artifacts are carefully preserved, while experts ensure the continued success of the construction. The project is expected to be reach occupancy in 2024.da
